A consultation is ideal when a garden feels overwhelming, you have moved into a new home, or you simply need an experienced eye to see what is working and what could change. Sue will assess the existing planting, identify useful plants to retain and discuss layout, maintenance and opportunities for new planting.

Advice is rooted in the conditions of your garden, including soil, aspect and the time you have available. Depending on the level of help you choose, you can receive practical notes or a detailed written report with an action plan, suitable plants, preparation and care advice, useful suppliers and supporting plant information.

Clear advice and practical next steps

The visit turns a long list of garden questions into an ordered plan. Immediate jobs such as pruning, weeding and soil preparation are considered alongside longer-term improvements, helping you decide what to tackle first and where your budget will make the greatest difference.

You can use the advice to work at your own pace, brief a gardener or contractor, or ask Sue to help with later stages such as border design, plant sourcing and planting.
